A mostly dry blend of Seyval Blanc (75%), Chardonnay (12.5%), and Viognier (12.5%), Scott’s Landing White is lightly oaked with 1% residual sugar. This wine embodies a wonderful hint of grapefruit and pairs well with salad, scallops, chicken and goat cheese.
2016 THISTLE BLUSH
Our 2016 Thistle Blush, with 1% residual sugar, is made from an early harvest of our estate grown Chambourcin grapes, which gives it a great balance of sugar and acid. It was aged in stainless steel and there was an addition of 15% oaked Chardonnay prior to bottling.
2016 ST. GEORGE RED
Estate grown, late harvest Chambourcin grapes blended with 20% Cab Franc. 2016 St. George is aged in 2nd year oak barrels. Cherry flavors and heavy legs abound in our signature red wine. Pairs well with everything!
2017 CAB FRANC
Our 2017 Cab Franc is a very robust wine, with more flavor and color than is typical for this varietal. It was aged in a combination of new and three-year old American Oak barrels.
Our secret recipe is a lovely mixture of fruit juices and estate grown Chambourcin. Our sangria contains no preservatives. Refrigerate and enjoy within two weeks. 7.4% alcohol
2012 DECHIEL MERLOT
New release! 38 months of barrel aging prior to bottling. Hints of earthiness on the nose lead into dark chocolate and hints of expresso beans and a spicy oak finish. Its well-balanced, soft tannins make this wine a perfect accompaniment to a variety of foods. Such as grilled meats or hearty vegetable dishes.
27 months barrel aging prior to bottling. Polished, generous and silky in texture, this well-mannered wine is nicely packed with black fruit, accented plum and clove flavors that linger on the peppery finish. Great aging potential.
2014 DECHIEL MERITAGE (blend)
A blend of 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, and 9% Cabernet Franc. Barrel aged 36 months prior to bottling. Elegant luscious fruit with soft tannins. Serve with your best beef recipes, venison tenderloin, and lamb.
2016 DECHIEL CHARDONNAY
100% Barrel fermented Chardonnay. Aged 10 months in American and French oak barrels for complexity. Dry, full-bodied, round palate, well-balanced. Elegant long finish with hints of spicy vanilla. Pairs with rich seafood, poultry, and pork with creamy sauces.
This wine is floral, fruity with good acidity. It is fresh and slightly sweet on the palate with a tart finish. 1% residual sugar. Great with spicy foods, pork, or white fish.
This wine is a blend of Concord grapes and Vidal Blanc with 4% residual sugar. It is a blushing, lively wine that is fresh, fruity, and fun. Classic, foxy, and sweet.

2015 ROCKBRIDGE V d’Or
A blend of Vignoles, Riesling, Vidal Blanc and Traminette with 15% residual sugar and 13.0 % alcohol. Winemakers use refrigeration technology to control fermentation temperatures, so we have adapted this art in making our version of "ice wine". We were the first winery in Virginia(1994) to use cryoconcentration to make dessert wine and have set the standard with our V d'Or. In a blind tasting, our V d'Or was rated higher than a similar wine costing $350. This wine evokes honey and mandarin oranges.

CABERNET FRANC 2015
A favorite among wineries in Virginia, Cabernet Franc is a grape that really showcases Virginia climate and soil conditions that are optimal for growing a spicy, fruit forward Cabernet. It’s like an aroma potpourri of floral and spice, then fills the mouth with dried fruit and preserves reminiscent of a nutty fruitcake, ending with a smooth, caramel chocolate truffle finish.

This vintage of Indulgence is a blend of our estate grown Petit Verdot, Merlot, and Malbec. The blend of Bordeaux varietals makes this an elegant wine. We think you will appreciate the softness and depth of this Indulgence.

We co-ferment our Petit Verdot with Viognier skins and then add 5% of our finished Viognier wine prior to bottling. The Viognier allows more floral bouquet also reducing some of tannin characteristics of the Petit Verdot, making this an exquisite marriage.

This Port style wine is made from Chambourcin grapes, fortified with an unoaked, unaged brandy and sweetened to 6% sweetness. It was aged in bourbon barrels for 21 months. It is best enjoyed after dinner or as a night cap or to toast anything special in your life.
